

Does my package come with prints?
No. Prints are not included in any package. Digital downloads only. Print releases will be provided. Prints can be ordered from Shutterfly, Snapfish, CanvasPeople, Canvas on Demand, CVS, Walgreens, etc.
How long does it take to get photos back?
It can take up to 2 weeks to get photos after the photo shoot. Please let me know if you have a deadline at time of booking.
I will make every effort to get them back timely.
Do you provide makeup or clothing?
No, however full professional makeup is encouraged for photo shoots. I can refer a makeup artist if needed, please ask.
No clothes or accessories are provided. Please bring multiple outfits and accessories.
Will my photos be posted on the internet?
Maybe, I may use the photos for advertising and posting on my website or social media. If you do not want this, you must discuss prior to booking.

Boudoir shoots are typically NOT posted without your permission, however I reserve the right to post. Again please request your preference prior to booking.
Who will choose the photos?
Typically, I will choose the photos for each package. These are the best photos, in my opinion, of your shoot and of each pose.
If you would like to choose your own photos for editing, you will have to discuss prior to booking or during the photoshoot.
What are my background options?
You can choose to shoot at your home or at another location indoors or outdoors. (I do not have studio space)

and check out some of the backdrops that can be used for photo shoots that I can set up at your home or location of choice.

The theme backdrops are for children, one or two children max (5x5 ft).

I also have several large plain color backdrops as well in black, white, grey, blue, pink, red, yellow, beige, green, and brown.
What are my payment options?
You can pay online through

Nonrefundable deposit due at time of booking. Remaining balance can be paid upfront or day of photo shoot.
Can my price be reduced if I only need a portion of the time?
No, photo shoot price will not be reduced if you do not use all the time allotted. Times are maximum time limit for that particular shoot.
Inclement Weather
If there is inclement weather such as rain or storm, we may need to reschedule.

In this case the booking fee will be applied to the new appointment.
Do you charge tax?
Yes, there is a NC Sales Tax of 6.75% on all purchases.
How long do I have to download my photos?
You have 90 Days from shoot to download your photos. Photos will permanently deleted after 90 Days.
Is the booking deposit refundable?
No. The booking deposit is not refundable.
If you reschedule, another deposit will be required at time of rescheduling.

Only exception for refund if there is inclement weather or the photographer cancels.
No exceptions.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Yes, travel to Greensboro, NC Triad area.
If you want a session that is over 15 miles from my home, a $20 travel fee will be added to your package price.

Retouching
I retouch photos according to my artistic aesthetic eye. If you do not want photos retouched or would like heavy retouching please let me know before or during the photo shoot.

This only applies to packages that include retouching.
​
Packages that do not require retouching will have a separate $25 fee per photo if requested.
How much are Additional Edits/Poses?
$25 each additional edit.
Example:
$50 Mini Package includes 2 edited photos, you decide you want another photo edited, you will pay an additional $25 for a total of $75.
I am running late, how does that effect my photo shoot?
Please book a time when you can arrive on time. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible.
Late time will be deducted from your photo shoot time.
If you are late for a mini session your session will be cancelled and booking deposit will be forfeited.

Do you give discounts?
Yes, there are coupon codes that are advertised occasionally.

No other discounts will be provided.

What if I do not like the photos?
I will do my very best to please every customer and give them memories as close as possible to what they are expecting.

If you are not happy with your shoot, please contact me immediately.

Please make sure you discuss your expectations prior to booking. Please fee free to text me with sample photos and ask as many questions as you need prior to booking.
No refunds. I will consider re-shooting on a case by case basis.
